UJ21 Preview: Dante’s Inferno by Mauro Ottolini on July, 8

Umbria Jazz will begin with a prologue dedicated to Dante for the 700^th anniversary of his death. Music, cinema, and literature: a new original project by Mauro Ottolini will take place on Thursday 8^th July at 9 pm at the Teatro Morlacchi.

Ottolini and his Sousaphonix ensemble have composed a new live soundtrack to an Italian film masterpiece, “Inferno”, the 1911 silent movie directed by Francesco Bertolini, Giuseppe De Liguoro and Adolfo Padovan.
