Giorgio Valletta is co-founder of Turinese club night Xplosiva and of Club To Club festival (now known as C2C). As a DJ, he has played in some of the most important Italian and international clubs and electronic music festivals, from Sonar in Barcelona to London, Ibiza, Tokyo, Istanbul and Berlin.
His musical style draws on house, techno, disco, r&b, fresh and hybrid electronic beats. He is also a music journalist (writing for Italian magazine ‘Rumore’) and a radio DJ, currently on Radio Raheem, for which he runs a weekly show focused on new music, and a podcast named ‘Forgotten Tapes’, focusing on interviews with some of the key artists in the 90’s music scene, winner of the Italian Podcast Award as “Best Talk”.
