The 40th Anniversary of Umbria Jazz approaches with a lineup that promises a festival with the best of Italian and international jazz.
From the 5th to the 14th of July Arena Santa Giuliana play host to Sonny Rollins, Enrico Rava and Paolo Fresu, Keith Jarrett, Herbie Hancock and Chick Corea, Wynton Marsalis, Diana Krall, John Legend, Stefano Bollani, Gal Costa, Gilberto Gil, Pino Daniele, Mario Biondi and Dee Dee Bridgewater with Ramsey Lewis.
The programme, will also feature Jan Garbareck, Renato Sellani, Igor Buttman, Omar Sosa, Giovanni Tommaso, Edmar Castaneda, Gabrielle Mirabassi, Roberto Gatto, Simona Molinari and Peter Cincotti, Edoardo De Crescenzo, Quintorigo, Michel Camilo and Tomatito, The Cookers, Robert Glasper, Branford Marsalis, Hiromi, Gregory Porter, Danilo Rea and many others.
